I’m sharing this message with you on a beautiful Easter weekend. Spring is in full bloom, and you can just feel the fresh energy in the air. Everywhere you look, there are signs of renewal and rebirth — it’s truly exhilarating.

This season also marks a personal milestone: thirteen years of writing my cultivations blog. Nearly 500 articles later, I’m still at it! Time really flies. I’ll admit, I recently asked myself whether it was time to close that chapter and explore something new. But the fact that you’re reading this confirms the answer: I decided it’s worth continuing.

Over time, my reflections have grown beyond cultivating culture into broader arenas of business, leadership, and life. But one truth remains: values-driven culture is always the foundation. It’s where I started — and it’s where I’ll always return.

As I think back on the many times I’ve faced the keyboard — and now the camera — to share these thoughts with you, I’m reminded just how much of a journey we’re all on. And it’s up to each of us to make the most of it.
